This bright yellow neon Velvet dress is a One piece dress is made for the 18" Doll such as the American Girl. The dress has an easy on and off "velcro" closure in the back. It has a white underskirt and top layer skirt is a beautiful neon color. The top is beautifully emroidered with colorful flowers. The dress has short ruffled sleeves.
