This Blue Wave Velvet dress is a One piece dress is made for the 18" Doll such as the American Girl.  This dress is a one piece with easy on and off "velcro" closure in the back.  The dress has a Velvet skirt with glittery waves in a variation of blue colors (Please see picture for details).
